In this guided creative practice, we'll create simple flowers using curved lines that flow from the outer edge toward the center. There is no need for perfect lines or artistic experience—just a willingness to put pen to paper and explore.
This exercise is designed to help shift your attention away from work, daily responsibilities, or other sources of stress for a few moments. The repetitive motion of drawing curved lines can encourage focus and create a sense of calm while allowing you to create something uniquely your own.
Pause whenever needed, work at your own pace, and return to the drawing whenever you have a few quiet moments to create.
