• “Contract” means the contract between us for the sale and purchase of the Goods which incorporates these Terms & Conditions.
• “Goods” means the jewelry, art, and other items purchased by you from us.

Product Availability
All of our jewelry is custom designed and manufactured in our Arvada, CO office/studio. Because the jewelry is made locally, there may be a one-week delay before the piece can be shipped. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@earthbeautygallery.com.
Information on our Site
At Earth Beauty Gallery we make every effort to ensure that our online listings are as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly. On our site, we provide the measurement of each piece.
Our website changes regularly and access to this site is permitted on a temporary basis. We aim to update our site regularly and may change the content at any time, including the product details and pricing without notice. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our site, or close it indefinitely. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your Internet connection are aware of these terms and that they comply with them.
In addition to our jewelry and art, Earth Beauty Gallery also offers art coaching and intuitive Tarot sessions designed to encourage creativity, self-reflection, and personal insight. These services are meant to provide inspiration and support your own decision-making process.

Intuitive Tarot readings are offered for entertainment and personal exploration only. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, psychological, financial, or other professional advice.
Art coaching sessions are creative guidance experiences, not therapy or counseling. You are solely responsible for your choices, actions, and interpretations resulting from any session.
By booking or participating in a session, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age and understand the nature of these services.
Earth Beauty Gallery’s art coaching and Tarot sessions are designed to support creativity and clarity, not to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition. Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support for medical, mental health, or financial concerns. You are responsible for your well-being and choices during and after participation in any session.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Life happens, and I understand that unexpected things — including health issues — can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify me as soon as possible.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or refunded in full.
If you need to cancel within 24 hours of your session due to illness or an emergency, please email me — I’ll gladly work with you to find a new date.
No-shows without notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
Your time and energy matter, and I aim to create space that’s both respectful and understanding.
Ordering Goods Online
You warrant to us that all information that you are required to provide when ordering Goods online is accurate and complete in all respects at the time of the order and that this information relates to you/the person placing the order and not to any third party.
When an order is made online, the order confirmation issued by the company clearing the credit/debit card payment does not constitute acceptance of your order by us. We reserve the right to check any discrepancies and an order will only be confirmed when it is verified by us.
Any error in any ordering process due to technical or other reasons beyond our control entitles us not to treat the order as being binding on us.
Price
All published prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
Delivery
You must notify us promptly and in any event within 48 hours or receipt of any Goods if they appear to be damaged in transit. In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.
Returns
Earth Beauty Gallery is committed to great customer service. Earth Beauty Gallery takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise created in our local office/studio, and we are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you wish to return an item, you should email us at info@earthbeautygallery.com to notify us of the return within 14 days of receiving the Goods.
In the case of Goods that are one-of-a-kind, you will not have the right to cancel the contract.
Any items returned without prior notice in writing will not be accepted.
You must take reasonable care of all Goods in your possession and return them to us, appropriately packaged to avoid damage, within 7 days from the cancellation date. We reserve the right to arrange collection, in which case you will be responsible for collection charges.
We will refund the purchase price to you within 30 days of the cancellation notice but we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and any other costs we incur in connection with the return of the Goods.
Goods should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Items should be returned unused. Returned Goods that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Earth Beauty Gallery is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. Return instructions will be given per email.
Earth Beauty Gallery will process your return upon receipt of the package. Earth Beauty Gallery will confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged, or suffered excessive wear and tear during the return.
Faulty Goods
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We will exchange or refund a faulty item unless it was one-of-a-kind.
Exchanges
All exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Any item may be exchanged within 30 days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the exchange.
Warranties and Liabilities
We warrant to you that the Goods ordered by you will meet the description on our website, or any other description given to you in writing.
For art coaching and intuitive Tarot sessions, Earth Beauty Gallery makes no guarantees regarding outcomes or interpretations. All services are offered in good faith and are intended for inspiration, personal reflection, and creative growth.
Earth Beauty Gallery is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery, but we want you to love your purchase — please reach out if there’s an issue, and we’ll do our best to assist.
If any defect in any Goods appears within a month of delivery, you must notify us as soon as you become aware of the defect, giving us full details. Any defective Goods to be returned to us must best be returned at your expense.
We do not accept any responsibility for any wear and tear, accidental damage, or failure by you or by any third party to adhere to any written recommendation provided in relation to the Goods.
We will not have any liability to you if we are prevented from performing any of our obligations on account of any circumstances beyond our reasonable control which includes, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, the act of God, terrorism, war, strike or difficulty in obtaining materials and/or labor. In any of these circumstances, we reserve the right to terminate the contract.
Promotional Codes
Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code can be used at any given time.
Under no circumstances can the value of a discount code be deducted from an order if the code is defective or out of date. No replacement codes will be issued in this case.
In case of a refund, the discount will not be returned.
Privacy
If you place an order, you will have to provide personal information to us. We will not disclose that information to any third party without your consent, except for the purpose of processing the order and arranging delivery. We do not store our customer’s financial details.
Any information shared during art coaching or Tarot sessions is kept confidential and is never recorded or shared without your consent. Our general Privacy Policy applies to all services.
