Each Art-Based Coaching Session is a creative, heart-centered experience designed to help you explore emotions, release stress, and reconnect with your inner wisdom — through color, imagery, and gentle reflection. You don’t need to be an artist to benefit; this is about expression, not perfection.

Here’s what you can expect:
